Check-in procedures:
- Time: Any time after 3pm unless arrangements were made with me.
- Keys: There are no keys to pick up or turn in. You can come and go as you wish. Your 4 digit access code will be the last 4 digits of the cell number you provided us.
- Report Complaints Immediately: Please inspect the property upon arrival and notify me immediately about any cleaning or maintenance problems.
House rules:
(There are only a few, but they are strictly enforced)
- No climbing on/over loft balcony –use the stairs
- No smoking in the condo
- No ski boots and limit shoes if possible.
- Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise low after 10pm
- Clean up after pets.
Check-out procedures:
- Time: 10am unless arrangements were made with us.
- Keys: There are no keys to turn in.
Check-out list:
- Leave bedroom and living room heaters at 55 degrees.
- Turn off all lights, blankets, heated floors & appliances.
- Return any moved furniture back to its original spot.
- Load and run dishwasher and/or clean all dishes.
- Lightly wipe down counters.
- Empty food from refrigerator and cupboards unless unopened and can be used by next guest.
- Empty trash.
- Please pile used towels on the floor in the bathrooms.
- If possible, please strip beds and leave in a pile.
- Close and lock all windows, sliders and doors.
- If you have a pet all hair should be cleaned up and poop should not be left on grounds.
There will be a charge for excessive messes:
- An excessive amount of trash left behind. $25
- Leftovers and opened food in refrigerator. $25
- Dirty plates and silverware. $50
- Food / trash found in loft. $50
- Sticky fingerprints on the windows $25
- Excessive pet hair or soiled carpet.$50
